We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
